1. Can Concord come on location to copy or scan documents.
Yes, Concord handles "on-site" projects on a daily basis. Our team is experienced in handling various projects from medical records to hundreds of boxes.
2. I'm an individual & I need a quote on making 200 B&W copies of one original.
Concord would like to help you out, however, we operate busines to business only. We specialize in providing good service at competitve pricing. A local copy shop would work better in this scenario.
3. How do I start using Concord?
Place a call in to the office and ask for a credit application. All clients are on a C.O.D. basis until corporate credit has been approved.
4. I need someone out to scan 5 boxes, how much of a notice does Concord need?
If Concord can pick up & scan the documents, no notice is needed. If copying is on-site, we would like 48 hours (but a minimum of 24 hours).
5. Can you handle oversize prints?
Concord is one of few Southern California companies that can scan oversize prints on-site. In addition, Concord has several plotters to print & mount exhibit boards or various types of presentation boards. We can mount on foam core, gator board, laminate and scan to any electronic format.
6. Can Concord match a scanning price quote from "ABC Company"
Concord is a service company that provides quality work. We "quality control" all work product, while some companies don't know what quality control is. Although we are competitve and are able to match or beat most competitors, we are NOT the cheapest.
7. How is Concord able to provide quality service and work at competitve pricing?
Concord is owned and operated by it's principals. Concord purchased its production facility in 1999 and plans on servicing the business community for many years to come. Concord's owners have re-invested much time and money back into the company to enable Concord to keep costs down. Concord has the financial power and production resources to out produce local companies, while having the hands on service oriented team to surpass national companies.
8. Can I come by and visit Concord's facility?
We strongly encourage all clients to visit the competition and come see Concord's commitment to our customers. The picture on our website is actually our shop. We've had competitors try to copy and paste our shop onto their website's...............as they say, "imitation is the best form of flattery."
